SPELD NSW will use its best endeavours to ensure that the information it keeps is correct and limited to what you have told us.

Access to your information is strictly controlled and is available to SPELD management and Advisors only.

SPELD NSW will not make your personal information available to any third party unless authorised by you to do so in specific cases.

You have the right to know what information SPELD NSW holds about you. You also have the right to have that information corrected if at any time you find it to be incorrect. You may also have your information deleted from SPELD files by requesting that this be done.
